Enthusiastic thumbs up! After getting my windshield replaced in California a month ago, rain water started leaking into my car, but by the time I discovered the problem, I was already in Arizona and unable to get back to the original repair shop. So I looked for a 5-star windshield repair in Tucson, and found Wisecrack. George was wonderful in every way. He was super courteous and helpful on the phone, encouraged me to contact the original shop in California to ask that they cover the cost of the repair (which they did), then came by first thing the next morning as promised, and troubleshot the problem within an hour for a super reasonable price. I'm happily adding my 5 stars.

What a great experience after getting my window smashed and my stuff taken. I heard from George the owner first, out of several glass places I messaged. He got back to me with a price immediately and I booked him. He came when he said, efficiently and neatly replaced the window, and was done in 30 minutes. The price was less than I feared it would be, and he was completely professional and reliable. Excellent!

I've had to replace my windshield twice in 6 months due to random rocks being kicked up into my windshield. The first time I made the mistake of going through Safelite and they charged my $280 for the repair. They wanted to charge me $300 something if they came out to my place of work or residence. This time though, I did a bit more research (thanks to yelp!) and found Wisecrack. George was so nice and was able to come out the next morning to my place of work. The entire service encounter only cost me $170! He even placed my VIN number on the windshield for free. George is a great guy and did an amazing job!

I had 2 broken windows and George responded to my request for a quote very promptly. The quote was almost $100 less than other quotes I had received AND he came to my work to fix the windows AND arrived only an hour after speaking with him. Excellent customer service, honesty, integrity and a locally owned business. Support local business! Great communication from the first phone call, and followed up to let me know the status of the glass that needed to be ordered, only 1 day turn around. Would have been same day if it was not for a special need windshield. Also was able to accommodate my schedule when I had to change the appointment time.

On our way from California to NM for a family wedding and something hit our drivers side window on the I-10. So, I YELPED "Auto Glass" near me and Wisecrack Auto Glass was the closest one. I called and the message machine said in case of an emergency text information and someone will call back. A minute later George called and said he had our window in stock, gave me a quote, and invited our family to his office (we were down the street). While he installed the window my kids played with his dogs. Puck loved belly rubs and Alejandro was too timid to join. George is very professional and installed the window in a timely manner.
